newest generation of lasers used in the semiconductor industry, resulting in $30M in revenue in the first
year of service.
Generated the overall technical project plans and schedules, jointly defined the technical resource
staffing requirements with functional managers, and defined capital equipment budgets needed to
maintain the laboratories at the highest state of test readiness and product configuration.
Created technical documentation such as system specifications and system level tests plans.
Provided monthly program management status review input for Senior Management and customers
using a variety of metrics covering technical progress, risk identification, mitigation plans, and

2004-2006
Program Manager, EUV
Managed the System Integration and Test Group. Primary responsibilities included integration and test
of the breadboard, and advanced development systems. My direct reports included the System
Scientist, System Engineer, Program Schedule Analyst and several Test Engineers and Technicians.
Planned, organized, and directed the definition, integration and test of the first two full scale Laser
Produced Plasma Light Sources.
Coordinated the long range laboratory architecture, equipment budgets, and staffing requirements
needed to perform final system integration, validation testing and qualification testing.
Directed the activities of the test engineers and technicians and jointly developed tests plans with the
system scientists and functional managers.
Prepared, maintained and managed the execution of the development schedule and budget
including seventeen separate, major WBS elements covering technology development through
product delivery.
Developed and implemented new budget tracking tools, metrics and processes, resulting in a budget
performance that was within 5% of plan for a multi-million dollar quarterly budget. Additionally,
introduced several innovative schedule tracking, maintenance and reporting processes.
Managed the creation of Contract Data Items (CDRL) including monthly technical and financial
reports and quarterly Program Reviews for the DARPA / SPAWAR Program Management Team,
