both causation and alternatives for corrective action where appropriate.

• Responsible for all Specialty division closing and financial reporting functions and preparing

divisional P&L forecasts based on year-to-date performance and business manager projections.

Fasson Roll – Sr. Accounting Analyst

• Completed and submitted various schedules related to quarterly and year-end SEC reporting; provided

analysis and recommendations for adjustments in division wide employment benefits rate; led project

to centralize corporate expense allocation process.

• Reviewed purchase contracts to insure Fasson Roll compliance which resulted in avoidance of non-

performance penalties; monitored purchases related to contracts and performed analysis to forecast

levels of rebates expected to be paid.

Finance Pool Program – Financial Analyst

• Coordinated and led a 7 week on site project to redesign and map the chart of accounts for Avery

Dennison South Africa to the U.S. system, that reduced SA reporting turn around from 1 week to 1

day.

• Maintained monthly internal financial reporting for Premium Packaging & Pharm. Division; designed,

maintained and analyzed a monthly detailed sales report for PP&P and the Films product line team

using information queried from the data warehouse.
