PeopleSoft technical consultant participating on the PeopleSoft 8.8 to 9.0 Upgrade for Payroll and HCM including fit gap analysis for on line
and batch objects. Test plans, testing, development of customizations for online Components and objects, Component Interfaces, Business
Interlink, Web Services and batch objects including SQR reports and in/outbound interfaces, Cobol and Unix shells.
1/2008 –May 2008: Independent Consultant, AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES (ACS), Atlanta, GA
PeopleSoft technical development of interfaces from third party vendors to streamline Glaxo Smith-Kline’s new hire recruitment, transfers,
promotions and position management activities. Developed Application Engine jobs and Component Interfaces to load recruits, position

Developed and tested a custom online time entry and approval system for 1099 contractors including, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and
SQR interface development. Wrote batch interface to the Cisco CRS phone time entry system to provide online HR and customers review
and approval of 1099 timesheets from multiple sources. Developed batch timecard creation program which created invoices for 1099
contractor timesheets used as input to the Billing system. Collaborated with functional team and other technical consultants to successfully
gather requirements, communicate issues and risks, build and test the new 1099 application.
5/2007 – 10/2007: Independent Consultant, AFFILIATED COMPUTER SERVICES (ACS), Atlanta, GA
PeopleSoft Technical Developer for ACS on it’s “Lift and Shift” implementation of Glaxo Smith Kline’s (GSK) PeopleSoft HR
application. Identification of high risk application architecture iand setup alternative archtecture for the hosted application including UNIX
directory setup, source code, database links and the Appworx job scheduler. Configured Appworx users, security and jobs for ACS
developers and testers. Performed unit and system testing, to troubleshoot issues and implement resolutions. Teamed with the PeopleSoft
Version 9x Upgrade team to create compare report analyses to identify all GSK customizations and new PS objects in the current version
and use fit/gap analysis to assess version 9 functionality relative to the business requirements. Supported all ACS testing including HR,

PeopleSoft Technical Developer working for Accenture on a $1B contract with Unilever to globally outsource HR functions and operations
under its “One Unilever” initiatives. Responsible for Employee Self Service redesign and customizations providing a more robust ESS front
end. The Global ESS solutions development included creation of customized components, pages, peoplecode, test plans for unit testing and
user system testing. Developed SQR interface and report programs including the SAP to Peoplesoft Payslip PDF file Interface to load
payslip images to PeopleSoft for user viewing. Analyzed source and target platform to identify file transfer, storage and management
alternatives. Technical development included UNIX system calls for file management and front end PDF Employee Payslip displays
through Employee Self Service hyperlinks.
6/2006 – 1/2007: Independent Consultant, RANDSTAD USA, Marietta, GA
Responsible for ongoing development of data warehouse interfaces and reports including data extracts from HR, Front Office and Financial
applications to enable key performance indicator analysis and tracking including the creation of the Operational Activity Report. Teamed
with the Hyperion BI technical team to develop PeopleSoft revenue, cost and customer extracts and hierarchies and the development of
multi-dimensional OLAP cubes to support corporate information analysis, dashboards, scorecarding, data integration, business event
management, and reporting. Participated in the implementation and development of new corporate holiday and service bonus business
process and payroll application providing a more consistent, objective and systematic policy providing a cost savings in excess of $10M.
Used a fit/gap analysis to identify and implement the best practice business solution. Created custom People Tool projects, tables,
components and SQRs that automatically check employee eligibility and create PS payroll holiday or bonus pay lines for eligible employees
if all eligibility requirements are met. Developed and delivered self service portions of this program for talent to track and manage their
hours

Collaborated with technical and functional team members to develop and execute the conversion of several Allegheny Tech locations and
systems including Ceridian and PCPW to the ATI enterprise wide system. Provided business analysis for conversion of each location
including development of data mapping, translation, and control and validation procedures . Created SQR conversion programs to map and
