Responsible for day-to-day management of brokerage and management company and

responsible for operation of over 4 million square feet of managed and owned

investment real estate.

Assembled and acted as a principal in various real estate investment portfolios.

Managed three-city (Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton) brokerage and management

operation for Ohio Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate owned in part by Wears Kahn

McMenamy.

Acted as legal counsel and/or development counsel for various clients in connection with

over $100 million in owner-developed and/or sale/lease back transactions.

Acted as principal and developer of a 20 unit residential condominium development and

a mixed-use retail/residential development anchored by Starbuck’s in Upper Arlington,
