also the business objectives
• T raveled overseas to ensure and verify quality, accuracy, and design production of samples
• Spearheaded the company’s first seasonal trend books, marketing tools and presentations

Corporate Designer, the contemporary, lifestyle driven Metro 7 brand
• P roactively partnered with Production, Sales and Technical teams to ensure highest level of
quality, fit and appearance for the Metro 7 product line and also to ensure that all calendar
milestones were met
• Directed and styled multiple photo shoots for marketing and online retail purposes, including
editing & re-touching photos for Metro 7 to ensure a consistent look and quality
• W orked closely with in-house patternmakers and sample makers on 1st sample development

• Developed, with the senior designer, merchandiser & sales staff, Missy and Junior sweaters for

JCPenney, Charming Shoppes, Macy’s, etc.
• Created detailed technical packages and jacquard/stripe/embroidery layouts
• Reorganized and implemented new procedures to increase the efficiency and productivity of
the entire design department
