PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
6/2009 – 8/2009 Applied Data Tends (Staff Engineer) Huntsville, Al
TAIS: Assist in the development of System View 6 (SV-6) for the under-lying software
assembly communication. Create SV-6 views in IBM Rational software, utilizing .Net Reflector
to disassemble DLL files. Was laid-off due to contract termination between ADT and General
Dynamics, forced by FCS force reduction.
9/2006 – 6/2009 Booz, Allen & Hamilton (Senior Associate) Huntsville, Al
GMD: Lead Information/Enterprise Architect assigned to develop, design, and implement a
Ground Systems Architecture model utilizing IBM’s Rhapsody System Architecture Modeling
Software. Model documents architecture, functions and services, requirements, Use Case
configurations, and associated DoDAF Views.
Award Received:
Team’s Appreciation Award for successful support of GMD System Requirements Review, Absolute Personal
Best (September 2008)
NASA: Constellation program assigned to Enterprise Architecture group to lead team to
document functional and architecture construct of NASA’s Michoud External Tank Facility in
preparation of the Constellation program transformation.

3/2006 - 9/2006 5D Systems, Inc. Huntsville, Al
Senior Systems Engineer assigned to the Full Scale Aerial Target (FSAT) group, provide
Electrical Engineering support in the development, design, and deployment of the QRF-4C
drone target digital AHRS unit upgrades.
6/2005 – 2/2006 Boeing Integrated Defense Systems Huntsville, Al
Engineer (Level 4) assigned to Program Protection and Security (PP&S) group to develop
and obtain program wide approval of the GMD Authority to Connect (ATC) documentation for
approved system configurations. The ATC process and documentation identifies system
configuration system or sub-system risks and develops associated risk reduction mitigation
actions and/or constraints for the system / component.
8/2000 – 6/2005 Booz, Allen & Hamilton (Associate) Huntsville, Al
Assigned to the multi-company, Ground Based Mid-Course Defense Communication Network
team where deliverables included Interface Design Description documents, IP Addressing Plan,
Provisioning Plan, and Requirements Verification Matrices. Assigned team integration and
testing lead for Communication Transport and Management Systems. Contributed inputs to
technical memorandums such as Wide Area Network fail over scenarios, and Network
management architecture.
Awards Received:
Team’s Appreciation Award for successful support of GMD Critical Design Review, Absolute Personal Best
(September 2002)
Team’s Appreciation Award for design and delivery of the GMD IP Address Plan and allocation database,
Absolute Personal Best (December 2003)

Service Delivery Manager assigned to the Consolidation Space Operations Contract (CSOC)
responsible for the implementation of all WAN connectivity for NASA’s mission support network
which included implementation of ATM services, frame relay services, point-to-point services,
earth stations, etc. Performed this implementation in a multi-carrier environment, which
required a strong understanding of Sprint, AT&T, MCI and other communication carriers.
3/1996 - 1/2000 Sprint Business Birmingham, Al
Pre-Sales Network Engineer II Responsible for the preliminary network designs and
preliminary network configuration for the Alabama and Mississippi area. These designs and
configurations include, but are not limited to, the following technologies: SONET, ATM, Frame
Relay, X.25, VPN, DS0, DS1, DS3, Ocn, Routers, CSU/DSU, Muxs, FireWalls, and, Encryption.

1994 - 1996 Henkels & McCoy, Inc. Atlanta, Ga
On Site Design and Quality Assurance Engineer assigned to Georgia Pacific's LAN
infrastructure re-cabling project, which involved a complex physical layer design and placement
of LAN/WAN data and associated equipment. Also provided verification against design and
sign-off and interfaced with users/clients regarding status and deviation reports, as well as
providing client/subcontractor correspondence as required. The project required strict
adherence to the following standards: TIA-569, EIA/TIA-568, and newly issued EIA/TIA-568-A
(Cat.-5 cabling at 100MHz) and all designs were issued on schedule--no exceptions. Assigned
the following design tasks:
Banco La Previsora (Equador): This design included recommendation of networking
hardware (Cabletron MMAC-8), fiber optic riser system (FDDI Plus Fiber optic riser
cable) and horizontal cabling (Cat.-5, UTP).
McConnell AFB (Wichita, KS): On site survey, estimates and prices for fiber optic
backbone RFP.
ComCast of Philadelphia: Right-of-Way permits, locating and documenting all utilities
in proposed construction site.
Times Mirror Cable (CA): Re-design of CATV cable plant utilizing Lode Data, CATV
simulation software. The SOW included re-design of all amplifiers, all taps, and all
couplers.
1992 - 1994 Aerojet Corporation/ASRM Program Iuka, Ms
Network Engineer responsible for Network Design of the FDDI and 10Base-FL inter-building
connectivity, calculation of db budget losses and wiring closet design. The Mississippi Corps of
Engineers approved all designs. In addition, provided Network Administration/Monitoring which
involved trouble-shooting of NASA's ASRM network using the following tools: Cabletron's
Remote LanView for Windows, General Data Sniffers, OTDR's and TDR's. Further duties
involved Computer Technician including help desk support of Intergraph CAD workstations,
Silicon Graphics workstations, PC's and Mac computer systems all of which required installation
& configuration of NIC cards, network connectivity, IP address input and all software upgrades.
CLEARANCE: ACTIVE SECRET 2002
