Risk Analytics Data Store and Reporting Redesign:
Designed, purchased, and implemented a Windows 2003 Server with 17 terabytes of storage
used in risk reporting for the entire consumer bank
Utilized SAS, SQL, and DTS packages to automate the monthly load of data from several
platforms including Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and mainframe files.
Created reporting for several outside business units utilizing SAS, Microsoft Excel/Access

W orked with internal auditors to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.

Small Business Customer Connections:
Participated as a subject matter expert and aided in the design of multi-terabyte data structures
and reporting used in mission critical account booking systems. Resulted in modernization and
automation of small business product approval and booking systems.
Designed stored procedures, views, DTS packages, and user defined functions in SQL Server to
provide real time reporting for business units.
Used a variety of reporting tools to accommodate the reporting needs of several business units
including Microsoft Access and Excel scripting, Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Analysis
