Senior Manager, Production Planning 2007 – 2009
Expanded responsibilities as part of a corporate restructuring to include all knit tops (Underwear, Retail,
Wholesale, Private Label). Planning scope across 12,000 SKUs with annual volume of 400 million units and sales
of $700 million across a global supply chain that was undergoing significant migration off-shore.
Integrated a diverse staff and cross-trained on multiple system platforms and business processes.
Successfully converted from a forecast-based planning system to a pull-based replenishment system as a key
component of the corporation’s lean manufacturing strategy.
Implemented new planning processes in support of a Hanes-Disney strategic alliance, including the printing
of graphic apparel in Honduras.
Director, Wholesale & Private Label Production Planning 2003 – 2007
Managed operational planning for the Imagewear wholesale and private-label businesses. Planning scope grew

Delivered high-visibility new product introductions at 95%+ on-time service each year by implementing new

Successfully managed a major product conversion for a $7 million sport shirt program while transitioning the
