Director of Church Operations. Setup and managed all non-pastoral aspects of this new
church including Purchasing, Human Resources, Payroll, Marketing, communications,

Manugistics, Inc. (Calabasas, California) 2001 – 2005
Lead Software Test Analyst. QA Lead for Manugistics’ NetWORKS Procurement product.
Created integration, system, and regression test plans and test cases. Executed test cases and
documented findings. Assisted in evaluating and validating customer reported issues and
developing design solutions to software bugs.
Litton Guidance & Control Systems (Santa Barbara, California) 1996 – 2001
Project Leader/Application Expert. Project leader for successful conversion to WDS Compass
Contract and Oracle Financials from mainframe legacy systems following an aggressive 5-
month schedule. Project leader for conversion and migration from stand-alone databases to
Litton’s common, multi-site system. During both projects, I also performed conversion data
mapping, requirements analysis for software customizations, and conversion and
customization testing. As Application Expert, provided ongoing application and data support
to local and remote users.
Delco Systems Operations (Santa Barbara, California) 1985 - 1995
Senior Systems Analyst/Team Leader (1993 - 1995). Team leader for Systems Management
Group with responsibility for managing a $16M/year contract prioritizing projects for DSO’s
Information Technology supplier, Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Directly responsible for
coordinating between user community and EDS the analysis, requirements generation, design,
testing, and documentation of DSO’s MRP system used jointly by Santa Barbara and
Milwaukee facilities. Lead interdisciplinary team in the implementation of General Motors'
corporate purchasing system at DSO. Lead DSO’s project to evaluate future corporate-wide
material management and accounting system.
Spares Program Planner (1992 - 1993). Responsible for spares activity.
Program Analyst (1991 - 1992). Program schedule and data management.
Systems Analyst (1988 - 1991). Assisted in the coordination the MRP system.
Contact Engineer (1987 - 1988). Developed in-house courses on VAX and Mentor systems.
