Contracted from TEK Systems to assume responsibility for existing Problem Management database (MS Access). Maintained database and later
upgraded it to database industry standards. Created several new reports for Problem Management team and upper management. Hired by DFS in
April of 2007. Transferred to Production Support Performance Measurement with the Problem Management database, where it was converted to a
ColdFusion/SQL Server based web application. Responsible for monthly reports for directors, VP’s and Officers.

Experienced Staff
Primary support for nine systems, including the U.S. Partner Tax System, one of the most complicated Microsoft Access systems his team was
responsible for. Performed scheduled maintenance and maintenance required by tax law changes. Modifications and new development
involved VBA, complex queries, linked tables, (sub)forms, (sub)reports and importing from/exporting to Excel or ASCII files. Other systems
featured ODBC links from Access to Lotus Notes databases and sending output to PDF files. Secondary support for Partner
Information Database. Did Access2000 conversion testing for several systems and converted one non-compliant system. Involved in entire project
lifecycle of a new Lotus Notes database and became primary support for it.
