20Billion project for a Retail Company PepsiCo. Addressed user requirements, Assembly

Test, System Test, User Acceptance Testing, Training module Development, Data

Migration, Mock Conversions and identified enhancements for project management

community. Design developed, and supported process for capturing and prioritizing

complex report requirements from various department. Analyzed data elements, grouped

data requirements, and eliminated data redundancy. Enhance system performance and

eased planned changeover to new database.

• Led SAP integration team and Conversion/Cut over team for acquired companies

addressing SD, CRM, SCM, FI/CO, MM modules and processes, fully integrating more than 50

plants sites around US of approximately 700 end users into SAP ECC system.

• Represented project management community as Business Process Owner of CRM and

Conversion Lead. Identified/implemented functional enhancements and improvements to

initial SAP ECC systems.
