Manage one of Maine`s leading lobster and shrimp

processing/ packing facilities. Responsible for all aspects

of the facility, managing 7 direct reports and 80 indirect

reports. The facility processes over 4 million lbs. of

lobster and 3 million pounds of shrimp annually with raw

and ready to eat products being packaged both fresh and

frozen for foodservice and retail markets, domestic and

International.
