processing/ packing facilities. Responsible for all aspects

of the facility, managing 7 direct reports and 80 indirect

reports. The facility processes over 4 million lbs. of

lobster and 3 million pounds of shrimp annually with raw

and ready to eat products being packaged both fresh and

frozen for foodservice and retail markets, domestic and

International.

Key accomplishments are as follows:

. Increased shrimp capacity/throughput by 80%

. Reduced labor cost by 20%

. Increase product yield on lobster by 14% and

shrimp by 11%

. Initiate and lead the "culture change" of the

overall facility
