policies also have to be calculated and the required documents have to be

loan queue that they look at and this loan queue is populated with a list of

loans that match the user's specialized skill(s). Users will be able to view

loans, clear the rating of the loan or change it to a suspect after close

scrutiny of the information provided. This application is also used by fraud

managers to view or act on loans that need a second review by a manager.

Involved in the analysis, design and development of a Fraud Data

Manager application that is used to process various Loan Origination

System Data. This data would then be processed by another application

called Fraud Engine and third party vendors to identify any loans that raise

a red flag. This data is updated into the Fraud Management System

database which is utilized by the previously mentioned Fraud

Management application for use by fraud analysts and managers.

Involved in the maintenance and enhancement of an EMail Web Service

that is utilized by the IT department to send/receive emails. This web

service is called by other intranet applications within the MIS department

to send an email to the appropriate contacts in the database for error or

other notification(s).

Involved in the analysis, design, and development of an intranet Customer

Management system used to keep track of Customer details, customer

financials and Recertification. This was written as a replacement of their

existing Customer Management System to capture customer details and

also to keep the customer information up to date in order to meet the rules
