Past Responsibilities:
Developed complete sales and marketing program for the Company’s products.
Managed over 500 million in sales of diesel, gasoline, and jet fuel to retailers, resellers,
railroads and the government.
Administered and negotiated crude oil contracts and set the specification sheets to increase
the economics for the refinery.
Designed all credit procedures and all related program modules.
Complete command over logistics which included: rack policies and procedures, developed
terminal and rail program, negotiated with transportation companies for both inbound crude
and outbound freight.
Responsible for trading activities for both crude and finished products.

Cross Oil Refining and Marketing is owned by Martin Resources Management of Kilgore
Texas which is a diversified company involved in crude production, oil refining, terminalling,
marketing and logistics. The Company is locating in South-Central Arkansas and sales a
variety of refined products to manufacturers, direct accounts, blender-compounders and
other refineries.
Past Accomplishments:
Developed and managing the Company web site.
Consistently exceeded company objectives and growth requirements by securing business in
new markets, implementing changes to packaged goods, launching Gard product line.
Developed extensive knowledge and experience with contract negotiations, multi-million
dollar supply agreements, procurement, budgets, product packaging and formulations.

Managed 16 states for El Paso Energy after the merged with Coastal Corporation in 2001.

Managed motor-sports marketing for the company which included: developing a marketing
plan for new product development and promotions, market research, trade show participation,
developed and managed expense budget, created banners, stickers, external and internal store
