Champion Brands, LLC is a manufacturer of oils and chemicals under the Champion name.

The Company operates a 450,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Central Missouri.

Current Responsibilities:

Lead and manage sales and new product development.

Direct all advertising and marketing functions for new and existing products.

Manage independent sales agents and private label accounts which include a diverse

customer base of oil wholesalers, big box stores, racing retailers, and major oil companies

Direct purchasing of raw materials including: fuels, methanol, solvents, and base oils.

ISO Management team member and led new Company packaging procedures.

Manage sales and marketing for Champion Racing XP product line with increased sales of

more than 200% for 2009.

Ventura Refining and Transmission, LLC, Oklahoma City, OK. 2007

A subsidiary of Chesapeake Energy, Ventura Refining and Transmission is a 14,000 bpd

fuels refiner. The Company is the first start-up refinery in the United States in over 30 years.

Past Responsibilities:

Developed complete sales and marketing program for the Company’s products.

Managed over 500 million in sales of diesel, gasoline, and jet fuel to retailers, resellers,

railroads and the government.

Administered and negotiated crude oil contracts and set the specification sheets to increase

the economics for the refinery.

Designed all credit procedures and all related program modules.

Complete command over logistics which included: rack policies and procedures, developed

terminal and rail program, negotiated with transportation companies for both inbound crude

and outbound freight.

Responsible for trading activities for both crude and finished products.

Cross Oil Refining and Marketing, Smackover, AR. 2004-2007

National Account Manager/Product Manager

Cross Oil Refining and Marketing is owned by Martin Resources Management of Kilgore

Texas which is a diversified company involved in crude production, oil refining, terminalling,

marketing and logistics. The Company is locating in South-Central Arkansas and sales a

variety of refined products to manufacturers, direct accounts, blender-compounders and

other refineries.

Past Accomplishments:

Developed and managing the Company web site.

Consistently exceeded company objectives and growth requirements by securing business in

new markets, implementing changes to packaged goods, launching Gard product line.

Developed extensive knowledge and experience with contract negotiations, multi-million

dollar supply agreements, procurement, budgets, product packaging and formulations.

Focused on sales of base oils and finished material to distributors and retail accounts

identifying new business opportunities, analyzed the market for new products, and set

profitable price schedules for the company in some regional markets.

Directed all aspects of private label packaged products for large retail stores, wholesalers, and

owns the largest pipeline system in the United States.

Past Accomplishments 2001-2003:

Managed 16 states for El Paso Energy after the merged with Coastal Corporation in 2001.

Developed and managed all seasonal sales promotions.

Managed motor-sports marketing for the company which included: developing a marketing

plan for new product development and promotions, market research, trade show participation,

developed and managed expense budget, created banners, stickers, external and internal store

displays, and managed the media plan which included: radio spots and e-advertising.

Reversed profit and revenue decline with new product and marketing plans, streamlining

operations via reducing staff, consolidating divisions, creating new distributor networks.

Managed oil distributors and direct accounts in 5 Midwestern states.

Helped built the Coastal brand of consumer products into the largest independent lubricant
