planned outages. Confined space entries, markup oversight, industrial hygiene

Cleveland Pneumatic: PCB, asbestos and lead based paint remediation on a 9-acre

brownfield site in a populous urban environment. Structural demolition of the 3-story

structure and the associated plant utilities including 300 ft water tower.

Eastman Kodak: Hazardous material management including recovery of silver rich

precipitates, solvent tank cleaning, decontamination of cyanide and arsenic

contaminated systems, laboratory decommissioning and other environmental

remediation projects

Brentwood Post Office, Washington, DC: Decontamination and emergency response

to weaponized anthrax attack. Managed safety functions and medical surveillance

program of 25 workers for over 2 years. Have managed several other NBC related

Westinghouse Nuclear Research Facility, Forest Hills, PA: Asbestos, nuclear

materials and hazardous waste remediation; Interior and structural demolition

CETCO Mining: Emergency response to a Hanta Virus fatality in a mining operation

in Wyoming. Wrote the site-specific HASP, assembled and briefed Haz Mat response

team, satisfied regulatory concerns. Completed decontamination of six buildings to

OSHA/MSHA specifications in 72 hours, working in temperatures up to 110 degrees
