Bechtel Work History: Major responsibilities have included:

• Project Manager for BWXT Y-12, L.L.C. at the Y-12 facilities in Oak Ridge, TN; Responsible for project

management on various projects within the Y-12 facilities. (12/2002 – Summer 2006)

Office Manager/Alliance Manager for the Eastman/Bechtel Alliance and the Bechtel office in Kingsport,

TN, with a site team at Eastman’s facilities in Columbia, SC; Responsible for overall planning, office

management, project management, project execution, customer and community relations, and financial

performance to ensure customer and Bechtel requirements are met. Work included revamp and grass roots

projects varying from less than $1 million TIC (Total Installed Cost) to $40 million TIC and larger. Work

was performed under an incentive-based contract. Bechtel’s staff ranged between 130 and 400 as workload

varied. (7/1999 - 12/2002)

Alliance Manager for the Phillips/Bechtel Alliance; Responsible for overall planning, management, project

execution, customer relations, and financial performance to ensure customer and Bechtel requirements were

met. The Alliance included project teams at Bechtel’s Houston offices and Phillips facilities in Sweeny, TX

and Borger, TX that executed revamp and grass roots projects. Site team executed projects were typically

less than $1 million TIC. Houston executed projects typically ranged from $1 million to $10 million TIC,

with occasional projects as large as $75 million TIC. (1/1999 - 7/1999)

Project Engineering Manager and Deputy Alliance Manager for the Phillips/Bechtel Alliance;

Responsible for managing the Houston engineering and project management activities for revamp and

Project Engineering Manager for the OxyChem VCM Expansion Project at Ingleside, TX; Responsible for

managing and leading the preliminary engineering, detail engineering, and procurement interface to increase

the capacity of the existing OxyChem VCM (Vinyl Chloride Monomer) Plant by 50%. Estimated TIC of

the project was approximately $150 million. (1/1995 - 6/1995)

Project Manager for three projects to add EDC (Ethylene Dichloride) storage capacity and debottleneck the

OxyChem EDC Plant at Convent, LA, and to debottleneck the OxyChem EDC Plant at Ingleside, TX;

Overall responsible for engineering, procurement, development of construction scopes of work, and

technical support during construction. Combined TIC of the projects was approximately $17 million.

systems (FPSOs) and wellhead platforms for POGO Producing in Thailand; onshore oil and gas systems for

AMOCO/ECOPETROL and BP/Techint in Colombia; and onshore molecular sieve gas dehydration units

Paragon Engineering Services, Inc. - Project Manager responsible for the development of proposals, process

design packages, cost estimates, execution plans, and the management of oil and gas industry related
