• Project Manager for BWXT Y-12, L.L.C. at the Y-12 facilities in Oak Ridge, TN; Responsible for project
management on various projects within the Y-12 facilities. (12/2002 – Summer 2006)
Office Manager/Alliance Manager for the Eastman/Bechtel Alliance and the Bechtel office in Kingsport,

TN, with a site team at Eastman’s facilities in Columbia, SC; Responsible for overall planning, office
management, project management, project execution, customer and community relations, and financial
performance to ensure customer and Bechtel requirements are met. Work included revamp and grass roots
projects varying from less than $1 million TIC (Total Installed Cost) to $40 million TIC and larger. Work
was performed under an incentive-based contract. Bechtel’s staff ranged between 130 and 400 as workload

Alliance Manager for the Phillips/Bechtel Alliance; Responsible for overall planning, management, project

execution, customer relations, and financial performance to ensure customer and Bechtel requirements were
met. The Alliance included project teams at Bechtel’s Houston offices and Phillips facilities in Sweeny, TX
and Borger, TX that executed revamp and grass roots projects. Site team executed projects were typically
less than $1 million TIC. Houston executed projects typically ranged from $1 million to $10 million TIC,
