This position provides support to multiple VP’s - the Sr. VP Commercial Division, VP Manufacturing,

and VP Sales and Marketing, in their daily administrative work to include: processing

Employee Action Forms, processing purchasing requests, interacting with all departments in

the Corporate Office to expedite paperwork in a timely manner for field employees,

provided administrative/liaison support to Regional Director’s and field employees between

them and Corporate Office, set new employees up within the company and processed their

new hire needs to make them immediately functional within the company, trouble shooter for

problems that occurred in the field which needed Corporate intervention, provided

PowerPoint Presentations for the Corporate Office to present to Michelin and other outside

companies, scheduled travel per VP’s request to include: hotel, car rental and logistics

between centers being visited, provided detailed travel itineraries so that no-questions needed

to be asked as to the how, what and where of the meetings, did multiple meeting

scheduling/calendaring for the VP’s to optimize their meeting times, answered/fielded

incoming calls, processed e-mails and handled incoming correspondence for self and VP’s,

reviewed expense reports from the field to ensure conformity to travel guidelines,

coordinated meetings off-site as well as internally for VP’s to include: providing support

the executive heavy calendaring (meetings, travel and outside functions), interaction within

the different departments and Corporate Office on behalf of President, represented President

arrangements to include all employees with travel needs in the Greenville location and some
