Worked plant-generated REA’s (Request for Engineering Action), in the form of bill of material

and drawing changes for various interior cabinetry sections of Falcon Jet planes.

2000-2005 Design Engineer – Special Engineering Group, IC Corp., Conway, AR.

School and transit bus body special option design per customer and dealer requests. Some

options included wheelchair track and tie-down systems, heaters and plumbing systems,

luggage compartments, mirrors and handrails.

1999-2000 Quality Engineer – Water Systems Products, Jacuzzi Brothers, Little Rock, AR.

Maintained product quality on plant-wide pump manufacturing lines. Duties included: daily

quality control audits of plant, inspection of various received vendor parts, failure modal

analysis of customer returned products, and verification of product performance.

Product Engineer – Pool and Spa Products, Jacuzzi Brothers, Little Rock, AR.

Product design, research and development product testing, engineering change requests and bill

of material changes. Also responsible for UL and CSA product testing for certification.

Designed custom earthmoving attachments for Caterpillar and competitor’s brands of

construction equipment. Major projects included the design and supervised fabrication of a

hydraulic conversion for a land-leveling scraper machine and a wood mill yard fork.
