Responsible for maintenance activity of spare parts (€350M - 14 workshops – 13000 SKUs) to:
• Managing the strategic and tactical forecast process of repair demands, defining the Production Plan, balancing
workload and capacity for multi-plant activities
• Providing issue resolution support, what-if scenario and facilitating Management decision making
• Providing support to the commercial dept for extern customer : choosing the repair site, checking industrial and
technical feasibility, proposing an estimate
• Providing Purchasing and Engineering support to carry out Make or Buy analyses
• Defined, standardized, and implemented new processes to start-up the unit

• Assisted the project manager in defining, organizing the project strategy to reconfigure the national production
system for repair parts maintenance (Specialization by technology/function or spare parts family)
• Defined project methodologies/standards/documentations “how to manage a production transfer?”
• Project deployment in 4 different workshops – personally responsible for over 50% of the total production
transfers (2000 SKUs – impact on 300 employees), supervised 4 project teams, analyzed risks, coordinated process
transfer planning and execution, controlled budgets/investments and managed performances
• Defined the process to follow up the IM data transfer to the ERP
• Reduced repair cost by 40% by outsourcing (€390 000 saved) for light converter maintenance

• Provided support and assistance to the local project team in 3 workshops to produce the diagnostic analysis and
making recommendations for improvement for the maintenance and repairs process with application of the
principles and techniques of Lean Manufacturing
• Reduced WIP and lead time by 25% and the repair cost by 15% for diesel engine maintenance
• Developed knowledge in repair processes (e.g. electronic cards, bogie, axles, diesel engines, shock absorber)
