Involved with the testing scenarios and testing of files into SAP. Transactions included ANSI X12 and VICS for the

Conversion from Gentran 5.3 system to SAP/PI ver 6.0. Analysis of 900 IB/OB maps and combining them into a

reasonable amount of mapping transactions. Transactions included ANSI X12 and EDIFact, including the following

messages: 204, 214, 216, 810, 812, 816, 820, 824, 830, 832, 844, 846, 850, 852, 855, 856, 860, 864, 875, 880, 940,

943, 944, 945, 947, DELFOR, INVOIC, ORDERS, and ORDRSP. Comparison of IDOCs from both systems. These

transactions were then setup into SAP/PI mapping document to be handled by personnel in the Netherlands.

Documentation was performed using EDIFecs Specbuilder.

Analysis and conversion from Oracle 11i Gentran 5.2 to SAP 4.7 and Gentran 6.0. Various documents include 110,

210, 214, 810, 830, 850 and 862 for ANSI X12 transactions. EDIFact transactions include the following: DELFOR,

DELJIT, DESADV, ORDERS, ORDCHG, and ORDRSP. Conversion including creating mapping specs, testing

documents, mapping, and testing of same. Setting up of SAP tables including EDPAR, EDSDC, and partner profiles

for testing of EDI to SAP and in reverse. Utilized EDIFecs Specbuilder for documentation and testing.

Liaison Technology LLC - Alpharetta GA (March 07 – February 08)

Manager Mapping Department

Liaison is an EDI outsourcing/hosting company. Responsibilities included hiring, training, mentoring, and job

assignments. Department grew from 4 to 14 people. EDI translator is Contivo using WebMethods and data base

trading partner setups. EDI documents consisted of ANSI X12, EDIFact, XML, CMI, xCBL, and PapiNet for the

following ERP systems using JDEdwards, SAP, Baan, and various flat file layouts. Personally responsible for TIE

Commerce Evision/Spedi Map customer creating new maps, testing and production support for both SAP and EDI.

Using EDIFecs for documentation, testing, Ramp Management, and XEngine.

Cooper Industries - Peachtree City, GA (April 05 – March 07)

SR EDI Analyst

Contractor from 4/05 till 2/06 then full-time to March 07. Responsible for the conversion from SAP 3.1 to 4.7 for

Power Systems (CPS) division in Wisconsin. This involved a basic conversion of their maps to 4.7 file formats and

new business rules. CPS uses Gentran Unix which I am also responsible for their support and new development.

Completed an EDI migration from AS400 Gentran to Gentran NT for Wiring Division upgrade to SAP 4.7. My

responsibilities also included production support and new development for two divisions using different platforms.

Provided training and technical support to new EDI people for other divisions. After all divisions were converted to

the SAP system we then installed GIS 4.2 and conversion of maps from Gentran NT to GIS for all divisions. Using

EDIFecs for documentation and testing.

US Food Service - Greenville SC

Conversion from Gentran UNIX 5.3 and NT systems to GIS 3.1. Conversion existing maps to GIS AI maps and

rewriting of Gentran UNIX maps to GIS. Version 4010, 3030, 3050, 3010 for the following transactions: IB/OB 850,

810, 855, & 832. Utilizing XML for updating and loading trading partners from Gentran NT and UNIX to GIS.

Testing, QA Testing, Trading Partner Implementation and support. Working with USF employees on understanding

GIS support issues, directory structure and walking through resending of data. Conducted analysts of the existing

systems for the project plan. Provided the Project Manager with spreadsheets, covering the existing Gentran

Systems, for maps and trading partner information. Using EDIFecs for documentation and testing.

Remote mapping assignment Gentran 6.0 AI on an Oracle 11i system. Transactions included IB and OB 850’s and

Eli Lilly – Responsibilities included Gap’s for European Distributors and Canadian Distributors. The maps included

EDIFACT and X12 inbound and outbound, INVOIC, IFTMIN, ORDERS, DESADV, 270, 271, 278, 277, 810, 834, 835,

837, 850, 852, 867, 856 and 820 maps, also received HIPPA training. Training of new employees on mapping

procedures and concepts. Project Mapping Lead for European, Canadian, and Domestic conversion to SAP Release

9. Working on existing maps (X12 and EDIFACT) for Domestic and Canada operations in combining into a

manageable volume of maps. Setting up procedures for proper documenting of map changes and new map

development. Involved with the setting up and reviewing of Standard Operating Procedures for the EDI Department,

also in standardization of scripts and configuration files across the various environments. Using EDIFecs for

documentation and testing.

Setup an Internet business, including design, marketing, etc. This is a family owned business specializing in sporting

equipment, gifts, and sport training aids.

EDI Consultant (March 2002 -March 2003)

Cott Beverage Corporation – Project Lead for GENTRAN 6.0 Server for UNIX with EC Workbench Installation from a

Mentor 1.3 system. Performed all Gap Analysis on existing maps, installation of 3 environments, GENTRAN

scripting, establishing backup procedures, setting up dial communications and ftp to VANs, and instructional

manuals. Set forth standardized naming conventions, data flows, managing of maps, placing current maps into

compliance, coordination with existing Trading Partners also establishing guidelines for setting up new trading

partners, for proper mapping procedures and EDI Error handling. In Sept 2002 placed in charge of handling,

correcting, and controlling a 4.5 million dollar deficit in EDI invoicing, which was due to EDI management. Also,

placed as supervisor of EDI team consisting of two EDI employees and 3 contractors, department consisted of one

employee in March 2002. Proceeded with the GENTRAN 6.0 installation in December 2002 and completed in March

2003. Utilized EDIFecs for documentation and testing purposes.

Cingular Wireless – Main responsibilities included installation and setting up of GENTRAN 5.3 EC Workbench on

three separate machines. Each UNIX machine runs 2-3 environments. Training of Cingular and Contractor

employees on Server using EC Workbench and GENTRAN mapping. Conversion of maps from GENTRAN 5.1 to 5.3

and creation of new maps for the GENTRAN 5.3 Environment. Involved in the Local Number Portability project for

Cingular Wireless and BellSouth. Utilized EDIFecs for documentation and testing purposes.

Conectiv – Newark DE – SAP on Sun Solaris. Assignment included setting up FTP process on a T1 Frame Relay.

Updated the Cleo Async software to 3.14 which will be used as a backup to the T1 Frame Relay. Performed system

enhancements backup, archive procedures, GENTRAN system cleanup of directories and setting up procedures for

EDI staff to follow. Assisting with mapping and system questions and training. Conversion of maps from 2040 to

Instrumental in combining all Business Units within the Limited into one central location -- some having existing EDI

translation software and several never doing formal EDI and transmitting only proprietary files. Acting as Liaison
