National Director of Education and Health Sciences ( Nursing): for one of the largest proprietary

post-secondary multi-campus institutions in the United States with annual sales volume exceeding $600M

and a population of more than 30,000 students as of August, 2009. Responsible for maintenance, direction,

management and evaluation of the Health Sciences programs in the Northeastern U.S. as well as oversight of

training and development. Mentored, supervised and provided leadership for t he entire Nursing vertical.

Substantially (400%) reduced practical nursing program instructor turnover through strong leadership and

esprit d’corps development. Responsible to monitor course development, outlines, syllabi and lesson plans;
