Accomplishments: February 2008 & February 2009 Wornick Assembly Division: Successful completion of government

major accomplishment because the Quality team recognized some potential areas of exposure and corrected them proactively by
conducting internal audits and specific training based on any findings noted on those internal audits.

Accomplishments: August 2006-December 2006 Wornick Assembly Division: Successful Start-up of Assembly
Operations with decreasing failure rates and increased productivity.
March 2007 Wornick Assembly Division: Successful completion of the government DSCP military audit with only 2
findings. This is significant because the Assembly Division was a Start-up operation in Cincinnati that was relocated from
McAllen, TX. With this relocation, a new Management and General Labor team were responsible for learning the process and
executing it against the pre-existing Quality Systems Plan. As the Quality Assurance Coordinator, I was responsible for
maintenance and upkeep of quality documents. A follow-up audit conducted in August 2007 showed the previous 2 findings
had been promptly corrected.
