Professional Experience:
Having been relocated by the company twice, first when hired by the Veeder Root Company in 1999,
and also when Veeder Root made its transition to Greensboro, N.C. I possess the ability to effectively
communicate not only to the customers that we serve, but also to my peers and the service technicians
that we work with.
Gilbarco/Veeder Root 2007 to Present:
Service Account Manager in charge of BP Products NA, GPM Investments, Wawa Inc, and Chevron
New Zealand, South Africa and Hong Kong. Daily responsibilities included overseeing customer
driven KPI’s were met. Exceeded customer performance measures in areas of environmental monthly
compliance 99% on average, and leak indicative alarms processed 93%. Other responsibilities
included 10% growth in account revenue.
Gilbarco/Veeder Root 2003 to 2007:
Compliance Team Lead, managing the team our customers depend on for technical support of our
monitoring systems used for regulatory compliance as required by state and federal EPA laws for the
petroleum industry. Using industry standard tools such as Oracle, ProComm, and internally developed
web based software we are able to manage all of our customer’s needs for regulatory reporting and site
management. Responsibilities include troubleshooting communication issues involving land based,
TCP/IP and satellite systems and diagnosing on site problems to provide root cause analysis for
contractor follow-up.
The Veeder Root Co. November 1999 to 2003:
As the CMS/Compliance analyst, responsibilities included, ensuring all customers enrolled in
compliance management services secured passing test results to meet state and federal EPA guidelines
for UST’s. Managed accounts for customers such as Exxon/Mobil NA, and Puerto Rico. Over seeing
that Exxon Mobile one of our biggest customers met state and Federal requirements for monthly and
yearly compliance for UST’s.
Matsui America April 1998 to November 1999
Working in the production department my responsibilities included modifying and assembling our
machinery for customer specific applications. Interpreting customer provided electrical drawings and
modifying our machines for custom specifications, and developing CAD layout drawings and system
flow diagram for more complex applications. Daily work included calibrating machinery controls to
factory and/or customer settings, testing each machine, and tracking through shipment to the end user,
as well as performing on site training in operation and maintenance of all custom equipment.
Responsible for all safety and security related issues for the Production Department; including,
ordering and stocking of safety supplies, first aid items, and general department security.
U.S. Naval Submarine November of 1993 to November 1997 Force, New London, Ct.
Responsible for the scheduling and tracking of changes relating to a preventative maintenance program
for the Food Service Division. Leading chef, supervising the ordering of all ships stores, menu
planning, and personnel management for several junior military personnel.
