Committee.

scheduling and progress. Consulted the “Open Order Review” spreadsheet to identify progress

toward delivery date and to authorize overtime scheduling hours as needed.

Monitored performance of production runs: Accessed data on the MAPIX system and redirected

operations as needed to ensure 85 percent or greater efficiency for on-time completion of projects.

Addressed human resources issues related to scheduling and disciplinary matters.

Highlights:

Led crews to achieve record-high profits for the company in July 2008 and Aug. 2008 based on

efficiency of press operations.

Oversaw crews of 65-80 employees during peak production involving three shifts and weekend

operations. Provided training on new presses and auxiliary equipment that included joggling and

trimming machines.

on potential production hazards. Guided the plant in obtaining QS 9000 Certification.

Traveled to customer worksites in Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina and Mississippi to review
