Managed Compression and Coating departments that produced tablets for both the generic

• Increased daily tablet output from 7.5 million to 10.8 million during the 2007-2008 year by

improving the effectiveness of the presses and the operators understanding of the process.

as plant manager.

time to set standards for true cost of product. Run time successfully doubled and changeover
