• Served as Acting Plant Manager as needed and fulfilled all duties relevant to that position.
• Increased daily tablet output from 7.5 million to 10.8 million during the 2007-2008 year by
improving the effectiveness of the presses and the operators understanding of the process.

time to set standards for true cost of product. Run time successfully doubled and changeover
