directing two UK, and one US aerospace manufacturing plant. The team met monthly
in the UK.
• Participated with the team in developing strategies to expand market penetration,
developed centers of excellence within the three locations, promoted the group as one
business to the industry, and provided 24 hour AOG service globally.
• Successfully directed the operations of the manufacturing facility during the industry’s
difficult post 911 downturn with an emphasis on improving on-time delivery, containing
overhead costs, and winning a large key contract with our largest customer.

• Initiated and staffed ‘data integrity’ function to prevent pricing errors, and improved
