I sold new and used vehicles using a 10 step sales process. This involved making

I worked an assigned territory to add and renew existing members to National
Federation of Independence. I utilized a consultative sales process while working
outside business to business sales. I employed both cold call and warm door

and renewed 70% of my member base .

I ran a bi-weekly servicing existing clients and adding new one customers through
referrals and cold calling. I added over 600 new customers to the Evansville route
system and increased sales from 100% to 300% on given route days. I built several
new route days into the system. This was accomplished by aggressively seeking
out new customers and by giving exceptional customer service. I had the
opportunity to train new route managers as well.

This was a franchise business opportunity providing quality home inspections. I
would do inspections for those who were buying a home and for those who were
preparing to list their homes for sale. Clients were driven by periodically going to
various real estate offices and making them aware of my service.

Production/Planning/Purchasing and Sales
I hired, trained and directed a staff of up to 40 hourly production workers in a small
candy manufacturing facility. I was responsible for making production quotas,
controlling costs and inventory. I developed new products lines as well. I achieved
and maintained suitable levels of raw and finished products. I established high
standards to achieve a high level of GMP. Maintenance of equipment was also my
responsibility. Using Gold Mine software I maintained contact with existing
customers and developed new customers for the company. I also engaged in debt
collection activities.
