Americas corporate office is located in White Plains, NY. Nokia’s annual global

revenues exceed $41 Billion USD annually. The primary business focus is consumer

mobile communication devices and cellular base station technology. There are also

very successful enterprise solutions and multi-media divisions.

o Channel Manager

• Select, evaluate and recommend channel partners.

• Monitor channel program compliance.

• Initiated and co-architect of a global agreement with Gartner Group for Premier

show in 2003, 2004 and 2005. These were comprised of a channel update on day

1 and a customer/prospect company and product overview on day 2. The

components of these were product updates via presentation with supporting

Micro Computer Systems

o Company Overview

• MCS was an OEM software vendor, corporate email solution provider and

consumer email manufacturer. OEM agreements with large corporate customers

such as IBM, Compaq, Gateway, Dell and Microsoft propelled the company to

success. NEC Americas purchased MCS in 1999.

o Assistant Marketing/Business Development Director

• Identify and build a channel for previously OEM and new consumer products.

• Act as a liaison between MCS and Public Relations Agency.

• Educate and manage channel partners and OEM customers.

• Presentation development and delivery to channel partners and corporate

executives to promote MCS products and services.

• Responsible for achieving departmental sales quotas.

• Instrumental in the conceptual phase of new and the adaptation of existing

products. MCS developed an IPX/SPX to TCP/IP gateway, an email client that

competed directly with Outlook and a corporate email management system.

• Coordinate and staff, develop demonstrations and meet prospective clients at trade

events.

o Selected Achievements

• Successfully built a channel for resale of MCS products.

• Identified and built a relationship with the largest MCS customer, IBM. Also

responsible for the Gateway and Broderbund accounts.

• Achieved the goal of building MCS into a viable company for acquisition. NEC

America purchased MCS primarily for the corporate email management system,

Calypso Message Center.

• DPE was my privately held IT consulting company. The core business was

custom software programming, hardware design and build, network

implementation/management and training. Sales and Marketing outsourcing were

also an integral part of the business model. DPE was integrated into MCS in

1992.

Management.
