• Manage Corrective Action System- Investigate noncompliance issues, established bi-weekly status review

meetings, reviewed root cause analysis, and conducted verification/ validation activities.

• Conducted internal audits according to AS9100, Corporate, customer and military standards. Increased audit

efficiency and quickly became the lead auditor of engineering operations and served as escort to third party

auditors.

• First Article Inspection (FAI) - Appointed member of FAI problem solving team. Results were the implementation of
