Standardize reporting throughout all departments and manage the flow of information through reports, database

count program for the Apex Distribution Center and the five remote warehouses across the United States equaling a dollar

Supervise 3 direct reports, conduct interviews and termination reviews, insure all HR mandates are followed and
apply disciplinary measures when necessary.
Manage all material movements initiated by over 70 employees; establish training programs designed to monitor
procedural effectiveness and aid in the development of all employees from management to the hourly employees.
Recommend training or disciplinary action for employee performance issues.
Identify possible control issues and establish, implement and maintain procedures that enhance operations and insure
material movements are free from errors. Integrate all electronic and automated inventory procedures with manual

identify if the problem is mechanical or manual and write procedures that are repeatable to achieve higher accuracies

Troubleshoot all manufacturing process errors effecting on-time shipping of tool displays to customers. Develop
