As the Project Manager for the BP-308 Airfield Lighting Control System
work located at the Orlando International Airport (Contract Value
$600,000), Mr. Cummings was responsible for the conduit work,
communications fiber and copper, low voltage systems, and duct
banks. His responsibilities also included managing sub-contractors,
vendors, and operations.
Mr. Cummings worked as the Superintendent of the MacDill AFB (Air
Force Base) Tower, Crash Fire, and SOCOM Building located in Tampa,
Florida (Contract Value $8,000,000). His duties included all work force
activities for the project such as conduit work, duct banks, feeder
wiring, branch wiring, lighting, sighting controls, fire alarm, security,
CCTV, CATV, telephone, data, fiber optics, etc. The project work force
at its peak was eighty personnel.

Mr. Cummings’ project background includes over 20 years experience
in industrial controls and low voltage systems. He provided assistance
on and supervised various projects. He also served as a journeyman,
foreman, estimator, superintendent and project manager for a variety
of jobs These include work with power wiring, conduit work,
communications, low voltage systems, and duct banks His experience
as a superintendent included electrical work in various treatment
plants throughout the country including the Newport Wastewater
Treatment Plant and the Bristol Wastewater Treatment Plant, both in
Rhode Island.
For the Elizabeth Water Treatment Plant, in Somerville, NJ (contract
value $6,000,000), Mr. Cummings worked as the superintendent with
the work force of fifty personnel installing power-wiring and conduit
work, fiber and copper communications, low voltage systems and cable
duct banks.
Mr. Cummings was superintendent and Assistant Project Manager for
the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Terminal Building in Austin,
Texas (Contract Value 20,000,000). The project manpower peaked at
one hundred and sixty men. Mr. Cummings responsibilities were
Superintendent of the work force activities, estimating change orders,
Auto-Cad drawings for field layouts and submittals.
In the Orlando area, he worked on the BP-266, Orlando International
Airport Airside 2 project (Contract value $8,000,000). The project
work force peaked at one hundred and twenty electricians. Mr.
Cummings served as Superintendent and completed the as Project
Manager of the work force activities, estimating change orders, Auto-
Cad drawings for field layouts and submittals. The work included
power wiring, conduit work, fiber and copper communications, low
voltage systems and cable duct banks.
