General Summary
My previous positions required self-motivation, attention to detail, the ability to multi-
task, and the ability to trouble shoot problems. These positions involved working with
clients to determine needs and communicating the status of projects to them. As a team
lead on projects, I had the responsibility to coordinate the work of team members and
keep projects on track. Also I developed and maintained project plans and prepared
project documentation. Besides, I trained users and prepared user documentation. I am
familiar with web based development, training in DreamWeaver and creating small
websites.
I am very familiar with MS office programs. Previous positions included the use of
Outlook for email and maintaining contact lists, also for setting up meetings and
maintaining task lists. They also included using Word for the production of
documentation. Some of the positions included the use of PowerPoint to produce
presentations and Project to set up and monitor projects. Others positions have required
the use of Visio to prepare process flows and detailed flow charts. I have used FTP/IP to
download information into Excel. As secretary for WMCPA (a midrange professional
group) I used Word for the monthly newsletter and Excel for the mailing list.

offices across the US that were more automated than previous versions.
• Worked on data mapping between the legacy office system and a new client
server system. The data mapping was accomplished using AS/400 commands and
downloading information to MS Excel.
• Set up communication configurations for service offices as they connected to a
WAN. Retrieved office database information for review using FTP to download files.
• Led team that provided procedures and documentation for the roll out of the new
office systems to service offices converting to the new system using MS Word and Visio.
