Pulling previous Product Cost Files and file the completed quotes. Proofread and adjust customer forms.
Support the Cost Analyst with creating matrixes. Taking pictures and part weights as requested by the Cost
Analyst. Maintain the Quoting Priority List. Update the Quote Manual as needed. Archive current quote
files and shred archived files at the year end or as needed.

Support the product cost group by typing and filing customer quotations. Created Access databases to log
on RFQs and tooling warrants as well as updating these databases with timely and accurate information.
Answer Product Cost Managers telephone. Create monthly reports in Excel to Product Cost Manager and
Tooling Manager. Update quote manual in Word and Excel. Also supported the Product Development
groups, including typing, filing, running reports and handling special projects. Entered engineering changes
into the engineering database. Created monthly reports to Product Development Manager.
