Negotiated multiple UAW contracts, incorporating two tier compensation plans through the development of collaborative

manufacture of door panels, cowls, and other interior/exterior components.
Coordinated the consolidation of three facilities and the subsequent customer approvals to transfer over 50
tools in a three-month time frame.

Led restructuring efforts in Chatham and Peterborough after the facilities were purchased out of receivership.

Revitalized a CAW injection molding operation by restructuring the management team and installing a metric system for
