documentation. Configure Job Cost work breakdown structure to duplicate task breakdown structure for E1 and MS
Project interfaces. Configure BOMs, Master Routings, and Manufacturing Accounting to work within job cost
structure. Develop solution for manufacturing/payroll labor capture. Train business analysts on ETO and Job Cost
software so they could take project to completion. Develop upgrade strategy from World A7.3 to E1 v9.0 for
financials, distribution, and manufacturing.

manufacturing accounting to accounting staff. Re-implement MRP which was not functioning due to setup issues.
Resolve inventory location control and inventory accounting issues. Evaluate sales EDI issues and resolve with new

Assigned to demonstrate viability of ETO product for a manufacturer of engineered steel containers used in food and
biotech industry. Configure ETO product and ETO workbench to work effectively w/ Shop Floor Control,
PDM/BOMs, MRP/Purchasing, Sales Orders, Project Scheduling, Payroll time entry, and Manufacturing
Accounting/Job Cost. Create Sales order related projects, assign resources, issue materials, and create purchase
orders based on requirements. Then show how full and partial completions would be passed to Job Cost system for
progress billing and create customer AR. Revise menus to reflect ETO requirements and setup user security.

Evaluate post go live issues for metal fabrication manufacturer making steel cylinders assembled in the field as wind
generator towers. Identify areas for improvement using E1, as well as resolve open issues in MRP, PDM,
Manufacturing accounting, Purchasing, A/P, and G/L. Present findings and work with users on data cleanup,
training, procedure documentation. Resolve E1 employee master/time entry issues for DSI to E1 manufacturing.
Review processes for DSI time entry DC Link to capture missing time entry for work orders. Re-design menus,
security, user guides and provide E1 training. Implement ECO and Quality modules. Resolve BOM costing issues
(manufacturing accounting) for ETO client using job costing and AR progress billing to third parties. Reconcile
manufacturing accounting entries and variance accounting from standard cost. Develop methodology to archive
prior year standard costs.

Implement and configure License Plate Management (LPN within Advanced Warehouse Management) for robotics

pallet controlled warehouse managed system and E1. Configure EPC setup for tracking of Pallets by SSCC and
creating ASNs to customer warehouses. Configure AWM for Inventory, Purchasing, sales, and Manufacturing.
Configure Transportation system for client evaluation.

Project: Bar-S Foods, Phoenix, AZ
Single consultant responsible for implementing Human Resources and Payroll systems for 1400 employees. Train
users on software. Advise client on proper CNC management. Work w/ programmer to convert all HR/PR legacy
data. Implement systems for HR (Jobs, Pay Grade Management, OSHA, EEO, Applicant Tracking, Performance
Management), Payroll (Auto deposit, DBAs, AAIs, PTO/Vac. Accruals), and Benefits. Configure ESS for Benefits
and time entry. Client did not go live on ESS at cutover. Decided to upgrade to v8.12 first.

Develop system solutions for DRP/MRP multi-plant to utilize different dates to reduce volume of messages and
proper use of freeze codes in Purchasing. Client required programmatic solution and work with programmer to
modify business functions, test, and successfully implement.

Project: Chevron Thailand, Bangkok, Thailand
Responsible for migrating HR/Payroll of Chevron Thailand from legacy Unix and XE upgrade to E1v8.11.
Implement HR/Payroll with merged Unocal Thailand. Provide system configuration and data conversion
management for 2,400 employees/contractors. Configure and implement HR Competency management. Work with
management, end clients, programmers, and other consultants to complete complex conversions and comply with
international requirements.
