American Asphalt and Grading Project Manager:

Completed construction of subdivisions, to include: earthworks, underground, paving and curb and gutter. Duties

included but not limited to: Contract review, estimating review, pre and post con meetings, billings and progress

payments, change order management, Sub Contractor monitoring, RFI's, direct contact with developers in weekly

progress meetings, inspections for paving, grading, layouts, closeouts. SWPP

Performed and Managed: Inspection of work, materials, sub-contractors, labor crews and operators. Included, but

are not limited to the following: performing material take-offs, obtaining permits, preparing manpower reports,

preparing 2-week look ahead schedules, attending pre-construction meetings, qualifying subcontractors, working

with subcontractors and punch-list, directing daily and weekly construction activities. Conduct daily and weekly

Heavy earthworks Superintendent: (Contract Position) 18-hole Golf Course Construction.

Duties included but not limited to: Coordination and Inspection of work, materials, sub-contractors, labor crews and

operators to fill requirements of 13 million yards. Machinery assignments, daily cut and fill scheduling, remediation

works, meet with stake holders on progress and sub contractor payments, training of equipment operators.
