Participated in the due diligence process during the merger and acquisition of California Savings Bank
by FBOP Corporation. Coordinated and prepared reports as well as implemented and executed all new
HR policies, procedures, and programs. (Personally responded to all questions regarding entire

Reduced HR staff after acquisition to 3 while managing a high volume of turnover. In 2005, there were
