October 05 to August 06: The Savoy on Palm: Lead Superintendent to
complete last 60% of building and turn-over. 12 stories, 24 - 1.5
million dollar custom fit-out condominium, 36 M, GMP.
June 05 to October 05: The Bath Club: Lead Superintendent for
“Punch-Out” and “Close-Out” 280 Condo’s ranging from $850,000.00
to 4.5 million dollar penthouse and/or town homes. 132M – GMP.
July 02 to June 05: Miami International Airport – Manager of
Logistics and Security. Ensue all new workers undergo FBI and U.S.
Customs background check, ver ify all new contracts are executed by
the airport, FBI, TSA and U.S. Customs, secure all lay-down area for
long lead items, provide security checks for all inbound materials into
secured areas of the airport.
May 01 to July 02: Grand Flamingo North Tower – Lead
Superintendent/Project Manager from start to finish. 42 year old
building complete remodel for 600 apartments ranging from $800.00 to
1,600.00/month on South Beach, FL. 31.5M – GMP.
April 99 to May 01: Miami Dade Community Collage Parking Garage
– Lead Superintendent/Project Manager form Piles to “Close-Out”.
36,000 yd. cast in place concrete, 2100 Car Parking Structure. 31M-
GMP.
April 98 to April 99: Williams Island 7000 – Lead Superintendent to
“Top-Out” and “Close-Out”. 32 stories, 300 Condo’s ranging from
$300,000.00 to 1.6 million dollar. 64.4 M GMP.
