• Due to my strong construction background and having held leadership positions throughout my career, I

have had the opportunity to work on many notable projects.

• Computer skills include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Primavera, Microsoft

Project, Constructware, Timberline, PT Jobber, and E-Schedule.

• After owning my own residential construction company in Houston, TX; I moved to Florida and have

obtained over 12 years experience in commercial construction.

• As a site manager / superintendent for Crosswinds Communities, I directly managed five personnel to

deliver 12 – 14 homes per month for two consecutive years.

• On June 22, 2005; I received State of Florida Licensing Examination Certificate.

• Within the first six months with Pulte Homes, I raised customer satisfaction from 54% to 98%, received

the award for superintendent of the month, was nominated for the Top Gun award, and shorten the

construction delivery date per three story condo from 127 days to 90 days.

• With the July 2000 opening of its fourth facility Coleman Federal Correctional Complex became the

country’s largest federal prison complex, as superintendent on this project CW Construction and I

received the Association of General Contractors highest award.

• In 1998 I received the Star Award for being the top graduate with the highest score in the Construction

Management Training Course presented by Turner Construction Co.

• Due to accurate and detailed Daily Reports and Logs, CW Construction, Inc. had 0% litigation claims

for over three years on every project that I was involved.
