for all associated soil testing, ground foundations and concrete slab development for over

800,000 sq. ft. of parking garages in addition to thirteen individual “Quick Turn Around”

rental car facilities totaling over 61,000 sq. ft. from the beginning of foundation stage

through closeout phase and to final owner acceptance of facility.

Owner/Builder of Custom Built Homes

Multiple custom built homes in excess of 4,000 sq. ft.

Performed all aspects of custom built home construction including the aid of floor plan

creation and selection, sub-contractor and vendor bidding, construction oversight, client

Aided in the supervision and construction of a 10 story

Loft/Condominium/Parking Garage/Marina that presented multiple challenges due

to existing site conditions and owner’s required deadline. Specific areas of

supervision and concentration were required on the coordination of every

subcontractor being able to complete their respective trade in a tight window for

ultimate completion due to three different simultaneous schedules on three

different phases of the project.

• Atlantic One Towers

Structural and Interior Superintendent

Supervisor for 29 story high-rise condominium with pool deck and 3 story parking

deck. Monitored and coordinated sub-contractors, vendors and workforce for the

structural and interior aspects of the job from the shell to owner acceptance with

special attention paid to staging and logistical challenges.

• South Towers

Structural and Interior Superintendent

Supervisor for 31 story high-rise condominium and 3 story parking deck.

Monitored and coordinated sub-contractors, vendors and workforce for the

structural and the complete interior from layout to final turnover with close

attention paid to staging, logistical and environmental community perception

challenges.
