a turn on a hot strip mill.

in unionized work force.

• Streamlining all material on and off floor for shipment to downstream

• Diversions of all problem material off Hot strip mill that is oscillated

damaged, or gauge restricted.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Streamlined overall shipping process by utilizing personnel and

material more effectively by minimizing transport and better

scheduling practices of trucks.

• Revamped staging racks for coils and designed layout that would

better utilize space for operators.

• Paved shipping area, and fixed overall building.
