• All operating aspects from manpower to skilled trades in operation of
a turn on a hot strip mill.
• Worked out pass lines for Finishing Stands and Reverse Roughing mill
backup changes.
• Coordinating with other departments in plant to maintain flow of
material and minimize downtime on HSM.

• Streamlining all material on and off floor for shipment to downstream

damaged, or gauge restricted.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
• Streamlined overall shipping process by utilizing personnel and
material more effectively by minimizing transport and better
scheduling practices of trucks.
• Revamped staging racks for coils and designed layout that would
better utilize space for operators.
