pre-production machine module. Developed new processes, instructions and layouts for the different modules.

Performed quality audits on new parts from each supplier to ensure parts were to specification. Analyzed material

flow processes to increase efficiency, decrease waste and effectively utilize labor.

Supervisor/Manufacturing Engineer (08/00-02/02)

Managed 30+ union employees to meet delivery schedule 100% while performing my manufacturing engineering

responsibilities. Performed all supervisory responsibilities such as payroll, discipline reports, progress reports, etc.
