then use the right cost-effective tool for the job. I have over 35 years of experience in all phases of the

and Personnel applications. I have solid experience performing technical management responsibilities in an
IBM Mainframe environment and extensive experience designing and developing applications written in

Commercial Integration Project
The DCS Commercial Integration Project is a conversion/integration project aimed at converting the
Mercedes Benz Credit Corporation (MBCC) commercial data from two mainframe legacy systems to a single
system running on a server using a third-party application package.
• Performed as lead analyst for mapping and conversion of lease data from the legacy system.
• Designed and coded the jobs and programs needed to extract commercial data from the mainframe
systems and download it to the UNIX server environment.
• Designed and coded the programs to extract data from the mainframe legacy system to be loaded in
an Access database for conversion validation.
• Developed and maintained the MS Access database used for validation.

The CFC Norwalk Transition Project was a support project aimed at learning the loan processing applications
for Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation and moving the support of these systems from Norwalk, Connecticut
to Southfield, Michigan.
• Functioned as Project Leader for Dealer Code expansion, which involved coordinating the efforts of
several groups, and developing the system and integration test strategies.
• Functioned as a Senior Business Analyst, developing requirements and scope documents for service
requests and reviewing deliverables required by the contract for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyzed, designed, constructed, tested and implemented some service requests.

The GMAC Electronic Acquisition and Discounting (EAD) Project was a new development project for
providing an integrated suite of loan processing applications for General Motors’ Dealers. These replaced

providing integration with the Dealers’ in-house business systems.
• Functioned as System Architect.
• Reviewed of software packages chosen and analyzed the requirements and specifications developed
by vendors.
• Provided data, process, and object modeling utilizing Popkin System Architect.

5300 Project
The Mopar 5300 Project was a new development project to provide an integrated suite of applications for
Mopar’s 5300 Dealers. The applications provided optimization with overall parts inventory performance,
improved inventory management and enhanced parts visibility throughout the distribution chain.
• Functioned as Team Leader of a team of 10 programmers developing programs utilizing SQL, DB2,
COBOL II, CICS, IMS/DB, ICSS, HTML and JavaScript.
• Analyzed and designed the Standard Reports and Measures Subproject.
• Involved with overseeing the construction, implementation, and also did some programming.
• Provided data and process modeling, and development of a standard process for designing programs
utilizing structure charts and pseudo-code.
