interior build-out and remodel projects nationwide. Responsibilities include estimating,
contract negotiation, scheduling, and interaction with owner, architect, engineers, and site
superintendent. Duties also are to insure that subcontractors and suppliers accomplish

Superintendent – Centennial Contractors, Inc. – Houston, Texas – August, 2005 – July,
2006. Superintendent for Centennial’s Job Order Contract (JOC) for Harris County.
Primary responsibilities included day-to-day supervision of the subcontractors employed
on various projects. On a daily basis, duties included: evaluation of progress; schedule
maintenance; monitoring of operations for compliance with contract requirements and to
ensure that safety procedures were followed as well as quality and timely completion of
the project.
Business Development – Patron Construction, Inc. – La Porte, Texas – June, 2000 –
July, 2005. Responsible for sales lead generation, estimating, and contract negotiations
for small environmental and commercial construction company.
Business Development Manager – Waste Management, Inc. – Houston, Texas –
September, 1987 – June, 2000. Responsibilities included business development,
