Executive Vice President of Finance & CFO

Lead successful turn-around of $ 50MM Off-shore diving, marine, and construction company through debt

consolidation, vendor negotiations, and cost reductions.

Appointed by CEO following the dismissal of CFO with full responsibility to keep company out of bankruptcy, and to

return company to profitability. Developed comprehensive plan to restructure and alleviate debt, resulting in a $10MM

reduction in 12 months. Negotiated vendor settlements reducing debt by +/- $ 600M. Successfully managed cost

controls and managed cash flow resulting in the stabilization of the company. Direct management of accounting

operations, IT department, and administrative staff in multi-national environment.

Provide financial leadership for$100MM Industrial Construction & Environmental Remediation - $100MM, High

Level Security Integrator - $30MM

Replaced existing Controller, in preparation for extensive growth and international presence through the

implementation of company wide ERP. Developed reorganization plans consisting of accounting operations and

procedures. Implemented cost control procedures including taxation and vendor invoicing. Restructure accounting

team, reduced overhead costs, and increased accounting efficiency. Directed acquisitions and consolidated accounting

practices and operations. Managed collections and reduced 31+ days to +/- 2.3% of outstanding. Presented

documentation and reported monthly financial information to Board of Directors

Quality Electric, Inc. - Westminster, CO 2003-2005

CFO & Controller

Lead successful turn-around of $40MM Commercial & Industrial Electrical Contractor through debt negotiations,

banking relations, and cost containment.

Appointed by CEO following dismissal of CFO in an effort to avoid bankruptcy, and to investigate and audit

questionable practices. Personally completed 24 month historical audit resulting in amended tax returns, revamping

accounting processes, and developing cross departmental communications. Developed banking relations increasing

credibility through timely and accurate reporting, which in turn allowed for a substantial increase in borrowing

capacity and more lenient covenants. Reduced outstanding collection days by 45%. Direct management of accounting
