with an input interface from Kronos and an output to ADP. I was brought on board midway to completion as the project

manager I tasked with resolving outstanding issues which was causing the implementation to go off track and not make

the Go Live date. Issues ranged from configuration setups to incomplete documentation, so I began working the

issues one at a time, First task was to complete the UAT instance configuration and test from end to end, once that

was done testing issues aroused which we corrected, then I moved on to getting the all required documents completed

and signed off on. Once all of the outstanding issues where completed we began configuring production and were able

to go-live as planned.
