2007 – 2009

• Project management, conduct online project design reviews, top down design enhancements, cost

r eduction achieved by reducing component count and material volume, project specific material

r ecommendations, and supplier meetings throughout the project development lifecycle.

• Initiated, planned and managed production of multiple manufacturing projects; injection molded

p lastic components 100-8,000 EAU. Full functioning "show quality" prototype electromechanical

d evices: layout of electronic component placement – PCB/LCD displays, power supply, wire

r outing, motors, gears, belts, soldering, labeling and painting.

• Principal Fixture and Work-holding Designer; Mikron, Haas 5axis milling.
