five distribution centers, and generated and distributed program specifications. Managed polling of

Ethernet and Asynchronous communications time clocks at several Distribution Centers across the

country.

Systems Administrator for an IBM document storage system increasing the processing of images

from the iSeries. Responsible for software upgrades, defining storage and retention criteria for

corporate solutions, technical support and training for 1,500 corporate clients using the document

storage system. Enhanced the document storage system to save the company $75,000 a year.

Systems Administrator for IBM’s R/DARS (OnDemand) computer-generated document storage

system on an iSeries. Designed forms using Advanced Function Printing (AFP) to be merged with

reports stored on the iSeries.

Interviewed users to enable the design and analysis and subsequent development of systems

eliminating costly manual processes and providing faster response to customer’s needs.
