Responsible for over 100 employees in manufacturing and production of commercial and residential door
and gate operators, with five direct reports, 8 indirect, and up to 90 hourly employees; Direct
responsibility for; metal fabrication department, producing over 80% of parts requirements for four
production lines; electronics production, assembly and repair departments, liaising with manufacturing on
new product requirements and with customer service for timely repair and return of defective products;
purchasing, shipping and receiving departments, MRP planning and coordinating movement of raw materials
