WMW SENIOR HR CONSULTING SERVICES

Interim senior consulting services were initiated as a result of a planned relocation from California to Ohio, June 2007.

Various services have included both on-site and off-site engagements with Princess Cruises, Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, and

Asqew Grill. Projects have resulted in 24 months of full-time billable services.

Princess Cruises (November, 2005 to Current, Valencia, CA)

Sr. Employee Relations Specialist

Independently contracted on-site to provide HR/Employee Relations services for base of ~2,100 call center and corporate

employees in Cruise/Hospitality Industry. Responsible for:

Investigation and resolution of wage & hour, sexual harassment, hostile environment, leave of absence, and general

policy administration disputes;

Assessment of management skills and development of custom training in recruitment/retention, attendance policy

interpretation & implementation, employee corrective action, and performance management;

Analysis and re-development/re-design of HR self-service intranet resources. Expected completion date of project –

January 2009;

Design and development of Executive/Management Leadership web-based training for corporate intranet;

Design and development of Princess Cruises/Princess Tours Employee Han dbook.
